01About Buildaze

The team behind Buildaze.

Buildaze helps businesses launch and improve websites, applications, Shopify stores, AI systems and digital marketing. We work with founders and teams who need scoped delivery, clear progress and a practical handover — not a vague agency package.

02Who we are

A digital agency organised around real project work.

Buildaze brings design, development, artificial intelligence, digital marketing and Shopify services together so businesses can launch, improve and grow with a defined scope.

We connect the visual and product side of the work with how customers and teams actually use a site or system. The goal is usable delivery — not slides that stop when the build begins.

Clients typically start with a clear problem, agree deliverables and responsibilities, then review progress at defined points before launch and handover of the agreed custom work.

    SaaS

    Support Copilot for SaaS

Problem: A support team drowning in repeat tickets, with account context scattered across tools.

What we did: An LLM agent that drafts replies and pulls live account context into every conversation — grounded in the company's own data via RAG.

    Ecommerce / Retail

    Catalog Intelligence Engine

Problem: Shoppers couldn't find products because search didn't understand attributes or intent.

What we did: A shopping copilot that understands product attributes, built on cleaned catalog data and embeddings.

    Ecommerce / Shopify

    Shopify Performance Optimization

Problem: A Shopify storefront was slow enough that performance itself became a conversion and trust risk.

What we did: Theme architecture cleanup, asset and script optimization, and front-end delivery improvements without stripping the brand experience.

06What clients can expect

Practical commitments, not slogans.

  • 01

    Clear scope and responsibilities

What is in and out of the engagement is written down before build work starts.

  • 02

    Direct communication

You work with the people delivering the project — not a long chain of status relays.

  • 03

    Reviewable progress

Progress is shared at defined review points so feedback can shape the work while it is still practical.

  • 04

    Attention to usability and performance

Interfaces and implementation choices consider how people use the product and how the site or app behaves in practice.

  • 05

    Documented handover and optional support

You receive the agreed custom work and access. Follow-on support can be scoped separately when you want it.
