We Build AI Software
That Actually Ships
Buildaze is a senior development team that turns complex AI and SaaS ideas into production-ready products — without the agency theatre.

Why We Exist
Most agencies we encountered early on were run by salespeople, not builders. Projects went into a black box, a junior team executed the actual work, and clients got demos of things that weren’t quite right — two weeks before the deadline. That gap bothered us enough to do something about it.
We started Buildaze to flip that model. We built a deliberately small team of senior engineers who do the work themselves — no project managers relaying messages, no juniors billed at senior rates. Every decision gets made by someone who will also write the code.

How We Build
Ownership beats access.
You should own your codebase completely — every commit, every credential, every deployment pipeline. We hand over full code ownership at the end of every engagement. No proprietary platforms, no lock-in, no leverage over you.
AI in the process, not just the product.
We use AI tooling inside our own development workflow — not as a gimmick, but because it lets us ship production-quality work in timelines that make the estimates feel wrong. When we build AI features for clients, we're drawing on a workflow we use every day, not a stack we learned for the pitch.
Slow discovery kills more projects than bad code.
The first week of any project is the most important. We spend it pulling apart assumptions, not writing boilerplate. A feature built on a wrong assumption costs ten times more to fix than one that was never built.
Small teams ship better software.
We cap every project team at three people. More hands don't mean faster delivery — they mean more meetings and less accountability. Every engineer on your project knows the full codebase, because there's no one else to pass context to.
Weekly demos.
From there, you get a working demo every week. Not a progress report — an actual working build of the agreed features. If something is taking longer than scoped, you hear about it before we miss a deadline, not after.
When something goes wrong — and occasionally something will — we tell you directly, show you what happened in the code, and give you a concrete fix timeline. You're not paying for managed uncertainty; you're paying for a team that owns what it builds.
Senior by Design.
We're a team of engineers, and we intend to stay small. Scaling headcount to match revenue is the agency playbook — ours is to scale quality, not bodies. Every project at Buildaze is staffed by two to three people, all senior, all with direct client access.

Clients Says
Not Right For
If you need a 50-person delivery team, ISO certifications, and a weekly status deck — we're not a match. Those are real needs; they're just not what we're built for. We also don't take on projects where the decision-maker isn't accessible. Our process requires someone who can approve a direction on a Tuesday afternoon, not a three-week approval chain. If you're looking for the lowest quote, you'll find one. But if you need something built correctly, on time, with a team you can actually talk to — that's the conversation we'd like to have.
you’re building.
We’ll tell you in 24 hours whether we’re the right team for it — and if we’re not, we’ll point you toward someone who is.
